2. UMUR :

Tidak kurang daripada 18 tahun.

3. UKURAN BADAN :

a)Lelaki - Tinggi 162cm (5' 4"). Lilitan dada 81cm/86cm (32"/34"). Berat badan 48kg.

b)Wanita - Tinggi 152cm (5'). Berat badan 43kg.

4. PENGLIHATAN & PENDENGARAN :

Mempunyai penglihatan biasa dan pendengaran yang baik.

5.KELAYAKAN :

• Sesi pengambilan tahun pertama bulan Julai (sem. 1) dan

• Tidak kurang 3 tahun (6 sem.).
